World News Summary : 17-Feb-2017

Today’s spotlight goes to the inventor of Facebook for two very important reasons. Mark Zuckerberg has said that Facebook’s new Artifical Intelligence system will be able to track down terrorist based on their post but my first question is, will terrorist be using Facebook directly? And even if they do, will be posting these messages that will explicitly show their true intentions?

Even after all these if’s and but’s, if Facebook does succeeds in catching terrorist based on their post, then Mr. Zuckerberg would truly have invented something spectacular. All those negativity surrounding Facebook, of how many lives are getting in danger because of the social network will be wiped clean. You do it Mr. Zuckerberg.

The next thing is, a Facebook post by Zuckerberg himself, stating how global unity is required to bring about a true change has sparked rumors that the social media giant could step into politics.

A letter about global unity? An assurance that Facebook can catch terrorists? What are you up to Mr. Zuckerberg?
